miniPhotoShop is a free, browser-based image editor that allows users to edit, modify, enhance, and create images directly in their web browser using HTML5 and JavaScript. The Service runs entirely on the client side, meaning all processing happens on your device.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to edit and for keeping your own backups. miniPhotoShop does not provide cloud storage, project saving, or any server-side backup functionality.

The Service, including its website design, codebase, visual assets, branding, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of miniPhotoShop and its developers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are not granted any right or license to use our trademarks, logos, trade names, or branding without written consent. Use of the Service does not transfer any ownership of the Service's intellectual property to you.

miniPhotoShop is built on top of the open-source miniPaint project, which is licensed under the MIT License.
